First and foremost, I believe in One true God, The God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob, and I believe He sent His Son Jesus/Yeshua as a perfect, living sacrifice to forgive the ENTIRE sins of this world! Faith in God is what I live, eat and breathe for. I am a sinner saved by grace. Jesus Himself said, He came to seek and save that which is lost (Luke 19:10.) He came for the sick and not the well (Luke 5:31), because it is God's desire that NO MAN shall perish (2 Peter 3:9), so He had to make a way for salvation that wasn't dependent strictly on the law of Moses (Romans 7:6), because of the fall of man through Adam and Eve, it is impossible for any man to live the Law of Moses perfectly, and even if we try, we sin in our minds and hearts, with impure thoughts and impure motives. God looks at the state of men's hearts. This is why Jesus said, "If you even hate your brother or sister in your heart, you are guilty of murder. He also said, "If you even look at a woman lustfully, you have already committed sins with her in your heart," (Matthew 5:28 & 1John 3:15.) Jesus, in that moment, was showing that we sin against God in our minds, and in our hearts, though the pharisees often did all the right things on the OUTSIDE, INSIDE, their hearts were dirty and full of sin.
Now, many will say, "Well, this JESUS allows you to live a sloppy, sinful life," my answer to that is no, because once you believe that Jesus is the Messiah sent from God The Loving Father, God works on your heart, changing you from the inside out, He teaches you in your hearts, and your minds, and you no longer desire to sin against The Lord. See, He works on you from the INSIDE OUT, INSTEAD OF THE OUTSIDE IN. And if anyone continues to live in sin after claiming to know Him, doesn't really know Him at all, (1John 2:4). Jesus said we would become "fishers of men", well, when you catch fish, you don't clean the fish, then catch it, NO you catch the fish first, then you clean the fish. And that is what God does for us. He catches us with His LOVE, MERCY, AND GRACE, then He cleans us up. But remember God is in the business of knowing our hearts and our minds, He knows when we sin against Him in thought and deed. Why do you think the number one commandment is to LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, SOUL, MIND AND ALL OF YOUR STRENGTH (Luke 10:27). Others will continue to argue and say, YOU SHOULD ONLY HAVE ONE GOD, WE DO ONLY HAVE ONE GOD. Look, remember when a man ran up to Jesus and called Him good? And Jesus responded by saying, "Why do you call me good? Only God is truly good?", This was in Mark 10:18, Jesus was giving glory to His Father in heaven, everything Jesus did was to bring glory to His Father in heaven. He was sent by His Father as an atoning sacrifice, Jesus was born by a Virgin, a MIRACULOUS birth, so not fully man. But Jesus fulfilled His assignment on this earth when He went to the cross and died a sinner's death, that is why as he breathed His last breath, He said, "It is finished." (John 19:30). What was finished? Jesus finished the work His Father in heaven sent Him to do, that was, to become a living sacrifice for the ENTIRE sins of the world. That means, the door is now open for salvation, for anyone who would believe. That means now, Jews and Gentiles alike can be saved. That means rich, poor, sinners and saints can come to the cross and say, SAVE ME, I AM A SINNER. Anyone who claims to be without sin, is a liar (1 John 1:8). This is why you hear stories about drug addicts, prostitutes, and notorious sinners being saved, because they surrender to God, and believe that Jesus made a way for them to be saved, then God begins to work on them, transforming them, and making them brand new. Why do you think so many sinners followed Jesus, the pharisees always asked, "Why does He sit with such scum," (Matthew 9:11-13). Jesus responded and said, He desires Mercy, not sacrifice. Remember He came to save the sick, and the lost. Jesus becomes our bridge of righteousness to talk to the Heavenly Father. We can now enter the throne room of grace with confidence (Hebrews 4:16). And last, let us not forget, that God is LOVE. We are to love one another, just ask Christ loved us so much that He fulfilled the will of the Father and died on the cross for us out of pure obedience to God The Father. And this is why Jesus sits at the right hand of God and is called worthy! (Colossians 3:1). Jesus is our Righteousness, believe in The Father, believe also in Him. (John 14:1).
